Hello fellow students!

Welcome to Carol's Chatsworth Chomps. Some of you may know me as a dedicated student or simply Annabelle Polak's friend, but you probably don't know that I love to review food. As a child, I was constantly surrounded by the cosmopolitan cultures of Los Angeles which I was able to explore through academic and recreational venues. But my favorite way to get to know my city is through their food. And no, not just the fancy & trendy restaurants on Fairfax or Ventura, but the strip malls, pop ups, and car washes of our quiet suburban cities. Taking inspiration from the brilliant reviewer Jonathan Gold, with not even a quarter of the skill and talent, I will be reviewing the overlooked, undercooked, and everything in between in the VIPHS Post column: Carol's Chatsworth Chomps.
